Demetrios Constantinou & Associates, Architects- Engineers LLC, an award winning, multidiscipline Architecture and Engineering Practice, established in Cyprus in 1984, by Architect Demetrios Constantinou and Civil Engineer Yiota Kanari-Constantinou.
With over 32 years of experience in Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Restoration, Restaurants, Hotels & Spas, Leisure, Recreation, Landscape, Urban and Town Planning, Sustainability and Interior Architecture for projects in Cyprus and Abroad. The Practice provides an integrated and complete approach to Architecture, Design, Engineering and Project Management.The Practice is also working on several EU co-funded projects and on Unesco protected areas, Agrotouristic regeneration, restoration and listed buildings. Demetrios Constantinou & Associates, Architects- Engineers LLC and George Tsolakis Architects, based in Athens- Greece formed the Partnership Constantinou & Tsolakis, Architects-Engineers mainly to handle large scale projects and Architectural Competitions, in Cyprus and Overseas.
